Once again, CTLT has published its Holiday Edition of the Roundtable newsletter, highlighting faculty who have been nominated as "Great Teachers" by their students. Please note that these nominations are not part of a scientific poll. We are simply pleased to pass on the encouraging words that students submit. Alternative Christmas Gifts
American Humanics and 1st Presbyterian Church offer the Alternative Christmas Gifts Program for you to provide a valuable service in honor of a person you love. The program has 12 services to choose from, such as provide free medical assistance for someone at Angels Clinic, purchase food for the Animal Shelter, or help restore sight to someone as far as Kenya. The cost ranges from $1 to $50, and for each item you'll receive a Christmas card designed for the person being honored by your gift. Please e-mail Roger at roger.weis@murraystate.edu or call 762-3808 to receive the list. Thanks for your consideration and have a great holiday!
Want Grades?
If you want to see your grades after struggling through finals, be sure to check your PIN account BEFORE you leave for Christmas! Grades will be available on the PIN on Dec 20 so be sure you know your PIN and that you don't owe money for the fall semester. Grades are not mailed so be sure your PIN works or have your PIN re-set if needed before we close for the holidays. Bring a photo i.d./driver's license to the Sparks lobby or fax a signed request with your name, student i.d number, signature, contact info and a light copy of your photo i.d. to 762-3050 if you need your PIN reset to your birthday. We are closed Dec.23-Jan.2. Have a wonderful holiday and good luck on finals! registrar@murraystate.edu
